When you return to collect your cat you will both be pleased to see each other!  However you can rest assured that he/she will have been well looked after in your absence.

We will first go into the office to arrange payment for your cat's stay and to collect any items that you may have left with us, such as a carry box and any documents.

You will then be reunited with your cat in the unit where we will encourage him/her back into the carry box!
