When you arrive we will first check your vaccination certificate and quickly run through the information you provided on the booking form.  You will also be able to tell us anything else that you wish us to know about your cat.

We will then settle your cat into his/her accommodation, spending a few minutes while he/she explores the unit.  If your cat is not used to a catflap we can fix the flap open.

You may wish to bring favourite items of bedding or toys with you.  However we can not use your cat's own feeding bowls or litter tray.

Each unit contains generous sized beds with Vetbed bedding, recommended by vets, which keeps its occupants warm and comfortable.  You may wish to bring along a favourite piece of bedding to put on top so that it smells of home.

Scratching posts and toys are all provided, but you are welcome to bring your cat's favourite toys if you wish.

Each cat is given individual care and attention and visited frequently.  They also have good views of the comings and goings in the cattery as staff and visitors move around the passageways.  Tell us if you prefer your cat to be in a quieter area and we will ensure that he/she is in placed in a corner unit.
