Opening times:

Monday to Saturday 9.30am - 12.00pm and 3.30pm - 6.00pm

Sundays 10.00am -12.00pm.  By appointment only on Sunday afternoons.

Bank holidays - closed. 

We will check availability for your required dates and confirm whether we have places.  Please remember that it is best to book as early as possible for popular holiday periods, particularly in school holidays.

You will then be asked to complete a booking form and provide important information about your cat to ensure that we can give the best possible care during his/her stay.  You will also be asked to sign a veterinary treatment release form in the unlikely event that we need to seek veterinary advice and/or treatment in your absence.

We will ask you to complete and return these forms to us before your date of arrival.

A 20% deposit is required for stays of between 2 and 4 weeks, to be paid by the first day of boarding.  The balance of payment is due on the day that you return to collect him/her.

A 50% deposit is required for stays of more than 1 month, to be paid by the first day of boarding; terms to be agreed for the balance of payment dependent on the duration of boarding.  The balance of any payment still outstanding is due on the day that you return to collect him/her.
